Reason for UNNC Candidacy (Region 6 Open Seat)

I want to represent Jefferson Park in order to provide my neighbors throughout the area with quality living through intelligent decision-making. My primary focus allows for development while maintaining a culturally diverse zone. Having lived at my present home since 1967, like other long time residents, I’ve witnessed how dramatically things have changed. Jefferson Park has always been a special kind of Utopia, that place where every living thing has a rightful place. My history is well known through my volunteer work with church and as a Dispute Resolution Counselor with Jefferson Park Neighbors in Region 6 of Council District 10.
